SimOneEMS will report on the exact location and track the true status of each product
including “prepaids” sitting at a vendor partner and returns (see Returns Handling above).
Now that you now know where all your products reside and their status, SimOneEMS can
use that current inventory data to decide what is the least costly and most expeditious
place to ship from and which carrier to use from that location (see Ship Saver below).
Exclusively for SimOneEMS clients, our “Ship Saver” feature automates the whole effort of
answering that question. Ship Saver considers where the package needs to go, the closest
warehouse, the amount the client paid for shipping and the least expensive
rate—domestically and internationally. SimOneEMS interfaces to all the major shipping
carriers—UPS, FedEx, USPS, & DHL—and all will be considered. From one Shipping
Manager screen, your staff may override the defaults you have defined to “Ship Saver”.
SimOneEMS has an integrated Shipping Refunds module. In the one-time point SimOneEMS to your records for every shipper you use – FedEx, UPS or USPS and SimOneEMS will automatically audit every shipment and confirm every shipment 1) arrived, 2) arrived on time 3) was properly charged, etc. When, not if, there are discrepancies SimOneEMS will recoup the refunds due you and deposit them in the bank account you have specified. It cannot get any easier.
